Managing Candidates

Brainhunter's search engine automatically organizes applicants into A-List and B-List candidates.

 

  1. Log in to your Employers Toolbox.

  2. Scroll down to the Candidate Management menu on the left side of the window. Click View/Edit My Requisitions. All of your requisitions tables will open with the Open Requisitions table at the top.

  3. Locate the requisition in the Open Requisitions table. In the

row  for this requisition, click the number link in the A-List Matches column. A list of

candidates that match your requisition will open.

  1. Click on a candidate's name to review their file.

  2. Click on the number link in the A-list matches column for the position that you would like to arrange interviews for.  Select the candidates that you would like to meet and click the Interview button.

  3. The buttons at the top of the candidate's files allow you to respond to their job application. Click the appropriate button to:

 

 

Often, B-List candidates are acceptable candidates who are lacking only one criteria for your position. You can view B-List candidates to find out why they were not included on the A-List.
