Calculate Rate/Fee

Use the Rate/Fee tool to calculate the amount of commission you will pay if you hire a candidate at a certain rate per hour or yearly salary with a selected Service Plan. For example, if you selected the Express Service Plan (10% of the first year salary or contractor bill rate) and you want to offer this candidate 10/per hour, you will pay a commission of $1/hour if you hire this candidate.   1. Log in to your Employers Toolbox.

  2. Scroll down to the Requisitions Management menu on the left side of the window. Click View/Edit My Requisitions. All of your requisitions tables will open with the Open Requisitions table at the top.

  3. Locate your requisition in the Open Requisitions table.  In the row for this Req #, click the number link in the A-List Matches Column. The table of A-List candidates for this requisition will open.

  1. In the Select column, click in the checkbox beside the candidate(s) you want to work with. The Rate/Fee dialog box will open.

  2. Enter the actual rate or salary that you are willing the pay the candidate.

  3. Click Calculate. The Final Bill Rate/Fee will appear in the box.
