Track Candidate History

Follow these instructions to find out if and when a candidate applied to other jobs at your company.

 

  1. Log in to your Employers Toolbox.

  2. Scroll down to the Requisitions Management menu on the left side of the window. Click View/Edit My Requisitions. All of your requisitions tables will open with the Open Requisitions table at the top.

  3. Locate the Req ID number in the Req #  column of the Open Requisitions table. In the row for this Req #, click the number link in the A-List Matches column. The table of A-List candidates for this requisition will open.

  4. To open a candidate's file, click their name.

  5. Click the History button (located near the top of the candidate's file. The Candidate History table will open. To see a screen shot, click here.
