Here you will set up a skills, experience and education profile of you desired applicant. This profile should reflect your basic requirements for a potential candidate for the position. The criteria you select here will be compared to job seekers' files to generate matches for you requisition.

Type Additional Keywords or Phrases into the text box. Type any keywords or phrases that will further clarify your requirements for the position. Use this section to locate specific words or phrases in a job seeker's resume. This may be useful if you require a specific skill or experience with a specific tool.
