You have hired enough candidates for an open position, or your plans have changed and a job requisition is no longer needed. Now you can delete the requisition or put it on hold. If you put the requisition on hold, you can still access the requisition, and the candidates who matched it, from the Expired/On Hold Requisitions table. If you delete the requisition, it will be removed from all of your requisitions tables.
Log in to your Employers Toolbox.
Scroll down to the Requisitions Management menu on the left side of the window. Click View/Edit My Requisitions. All of your requisitions tables will open with the Open Requisitions table at the top.
To select the requisition you want to put on hold, click the check box in the Select column in the row of that requisition. You may select more than one requisition, if desired.
Select a reason from the pop-up menu located beside the Delete/Hold Reqs button. Select either Hold Req-Enough Candidates or Hold Req-Position Delayed.
Click the Delete/Hold Reqs button. You will be taken back to View/Edit My Requisitions. The requisition(s) you selected will now be located on the Expired/On Hold Requisitions table.
Follow steps 1 to 2 above.
To select the requisition you want to delete, click the check box in the Select column in the row of that requisition. You may select more than one requisition, if desired.
Select a reason from the pop-up menu located beside the Delete/Hold Reqs button.
Click the Delete/Hold Reqs button. The requisition(s) you select will be transferred to the Expired/On Hold Requisitions table. You will be taken to employer home > toolbox > delete my reqs. A red message will appear: You are about to PERMANENTLY delete your selected req(s) 95802. Please confirm that you wish to delete this req(s), or click the "back" button on your browser to cancel.
Click the Confirm Delete button. You will be taken to employer home > toolbox : view/edit my reqs. The requisition that you deleted will no long appear the requisitions table that you were working with.
The details of deleted requisitions can be accessed in Step 1 of Requisition Builder. Instead of using a template, use the Search for and use Old Requisition to search for and locate deleted requisitions.
