In Step 1of this tutorial, Select Candidates, you selected one or more candidates to interview. Now you are ready to set up the details of your interview schedule. A series of windows will appear prompting you to fill in the details of your interview schedule for your selected candidates.
Select Interview Type, either Face-to-Face or Telephone.
Enter your available interview Time Slots.
Fill in Interview Location, and Relevant Instructions information.
To send your interview request to the candidate(s), click Submit.
Shortly after you have submitted your interview request, the selected candidates will receive an email alert informing them of your request for an interview.
Interview time slots are available to candidates on a first-come basis. If you would like to schedule a specific candidate at a particular time, it's a good idea to contact the candidate separately, before you schedule interviews online.
