You will receive an Interview Confirmation email each time a candidate books a time slot in your Interview Schedule.
Log in to your Employers Toolbox.
Locate the Inbox section.
Click Interview Schedule. A list of confirmed candidates will appear with your scheduled time slots. To see a screen shot, click here.
The Interview Schedule dialog box enables you to perform any of the following tasks:
To modify or delete a time slot:
Click an option button to select a particular time slot.
Use one of the gray buttons in the bottom left corner of the dialog box:
Click Modify Selected to change the settings for a particular time slot
OR
Click Delete Selected to delete the selected interview booking
To view a job requisition, click the link in the Job Title column.
To view a candidate's file, click the name link in the Candidate column.
